This band of raccoons act as the Council of Evil's enforcers across the WatAdventure World having established themselves as talented organised criminals in their homeland, terrorising the inhabitants from the Appalachians to the Rockies, as they seize land and assets. This bunch, although ferocious, are fiercely loyal to the ideals of the Council of Evil and respect authority.
